Wow! Thanks to Trustpilot I have saved a lot of money. It was Descript v Apple’s Creative Studio. I decided on Descript because I’m a beginner. As one last check, I looked here on Trustpilot and found these awful reviews. Descript, what have you done?

I spent $25 for 400 credits, but for a straightforward 45-second video, it 1) failed to deliver what I clearly requested, 2) ran for over 15 minutes without producing any results; after canceling the call, the support team mentioned a glitch and promised to try again. 3) It attempted again, but all my credits were wasted due to the glitch. I reached out to customer support early the same day, but I haven't received a response yet.
As a loyal customer, I am shocked by the recent pricing changes that have raised my bill from $30 to $195 without any workflow changes. This increase feels excessive and unfair.
