Review Time
I ordered a pair of sneakers reputable brand but the sizing chard was incorrect. Hence had to return on my own cost. The have been delivered to the warehouse over 3 weeks ago. Despite several E-mails with their customer service still have not beem reimbursed my money. I have sent proof of return and their defence is that it is busy in their distributioncentre and returns might take 2 weeks. Now 3 weeks have passed, noMoney, no shoes no confirmation. This company has no control over their operation. No go!
Support is non-existant. I have tried to contact them about a return label not working, the phone is always unavailable in the business hours they state are supposed to be available, and the email always responds with the same automatic response.
Had to return a pair of New Balance (now sold out) because the product was not in perfect condition so they offered a discount first which I declined They ended up refunded me by returning the sneakers and also paid the shipping cost You can trust them, they’re reliable and the shipping was fast too
Very disappointing experience. It took the shop 40 days to finally tell me the parcel was lost and I'm yet to receive a refund. I had to chase the customer service four times to obtain updates. Not even a sorry for this situation, nothing. Maybe it's normal for them...Bad customer service. I would avoid ordering from them.
