They offer really cute items, so I placed my first order recently. I'm excited for my order to come! I emailed them right after my purchase about a first-time promo code, but haven't heard back yet. I received another email today with a 4th of July promo code that doesn’t work. I hope it’s just a technical issue. I'm curious if others have faced similar problems with promo codes or contacting them.
I placed an order and received a tracking number for an item that doesn't work. A month has passed and it still hasn't arrived. I don't trust this company! I tried reaching out to their customer support via email but got no response. When I messaged them on social media, they just directed me to email support. I wondered why their prices are lower than other sites; it seems they're just out to take your money without delivering.
I've ordered from them before without issues and felt confident placing another order. I made a purchase on November 21st, and as of December 16th, it still hasn’t shipped, nor have I received a confirmation email. I emailed them about my order on Friday, so I hope to hear back soon. I’ll provide an update later.
