As mother of the bride and more mature I was sceptical this was the shop for me , went to store opposite bond st station for shapewear , and was greeted by Julie, who couldn’t of been more helpful, measured me , suggesting items in different sizes till we got it right , patient and informative , excellent experience, thank you Julie
While making a payment, my outdated address was mistakenly filled in. I reached out to the support team five times regarding this matter, but was never given the opportunity to amend the address, despite my immediate contact. I also reached out to the delivery service, but they informed me that they couldn't modify the delivery address due to security protocols. A representative had previously assured me that the parcel would not be sent to the old address and would be returned to the sender. I specifically expressed my concern that someone might access the communal entryway and successfully receive the parcel, which unfortunately happened.
Extremely disappointing service. They advertise a buy 3, get 1 free deal, but when attempting to exchange for a different color, an extra 10€ charge applies since the offer is no longer valid. The representative in Amsterdam was rude and unhelpful. I cannot recommend shopping there!

When my order arrived (4 pairs of men’s pants), I was shocked. For £19, I expected them to be boxed. Instead, 3 pairs came in a thin plastic bag, and the 4th had no packaging! I could have found better packaging at a supermarket. They look cheap for gifts, and I will be returning all items, but I can't access the returns form. This company is difficult to deal with. I regret not reading reviews before ordering. Never again. Also, the use of plastic is not environmentally friendly.

If you're struggling to find a bra that fits, they are very helpful and attentive, showing various options. They patiently assist you, even if you try on many items. I was surprised to see negative reviews regarding language barriers and return policies. When I inquired about trying products, they clearly explained the exchange and return process, which does not include refunds but offers gift cards instead. Their English may not be perfect, but I appreciate their effort to help. The staff is genuinely attentive and supportive.
The reception at the store in Paris is disappointing. It feels like I'm bothering the staff. When I asked to buy an item that wasn't in my size, they didn't offer to order it for me and seemed eager for me to leave. It's unfortunate, as I've been a long-time customer and appreciate the products, but this experience has turned me away. A lack of hospitality is unacceptable.

I reordered, but have not received confirmation despite payment being processed. I might consider other brands due to their need for improvement in service.
