Terrible experience. They sent me three of the wrong nail polish colors, and one bottle arrived leaking , quarter empty. Despite sending pictures and videos immediately, I’ve been emailing for over a month with no resolution. Each reply comes from a different person who asks me to explain the issue again—frustrating and unprofessional. Avoid this company!!!
Do not buy from this company it's fraudulent, they've taken the money for my order and have not sent me my order and they are not responding to my emails. Such a shame as they have named themselves 786. Evri tracking number was given but no parcel, Evri haven't received anything so this company is using it hide behind. A joke of a company
This brand claims to sell ‘halal’ nail polish. There has been evidence on many tiktok pages that the nail polish is in fact not water permeable. They are misleading people and causing people to perform invalid prayers. Be careful when buying from them and do some research before!!!
This brand has average quality for a halal nail polish brand. Their polishes are really rich, and beautiful in color, but for some reason chip really easily despite using their clear top coat. I ordered 6 nail polishes from them on 8/25, and received only 5 of the 6. I contacted customer service immediately, since the color I was missing, was actually a gift for someone, and coincidentally that was the one I didn’t receive. They did re-ship out the missing item immediately, which was nice of them. I also wish they did a better job of packing the nail polishes and used bubble wrap to protect all of the polishes, instead of just slipping them inside of the package, making them more vulnerable to be damaged in transit. Once again the colors are really beautiful, and hopefully they can work on the quality/customer service, and the way they pack their items for shipment.
Tiny bubbles form and chips very easily.I’ve bought a whole set of 6 and this must be my 3rd time trying to give this nail polish a chance. However every time applied the colour then followed it by the 786 top coat tiny bubbles would form on polish. I’ve messaged 786 number of times but get no response back. I’ve also noticed that once completely dried the polish chips so easily like a thin plastic coating, which makes me question if this really is halal polish??
I bought 6 nail varnishes as a 1st time buy. Excellent - just what I was looking for. The pictures on their site was actually reflective of the quality. I have bought other breathable nail varnishes and they required a double coat and faded quickly. Communication from this company was very good. I'm so happy I can start wearing nail varnish again! Thank you :)
