Waste of your effort, time and $’s

The company say money back guarantee if it doesn’t work after 90 days, but, what they don’t say is, it runs out after 60 days! So if you’ve still no growth after 60 days you have to buy another. It is one of the most expensive ones out there. By around 100 days use I started to see them grow but already a lot of cash down. I had lovely long lashes by then and was very happy with the results but they only lasted around 4 weeks. After 4 weeks the lashes started growing in weird directions and looked “crinkly”. Then they stopped growing and I’m now back to my normal lashes at the start of this journey 5 months ago 😞 I’m now giving up and trying another brand. Waste of my time and money

Product has always been good - customer service is terrible

I've always used LiLash in the past, as I've found it to be better than other comparable products. But the delivery and customer service badly lets them down. Used expedited shipping for the first time. Had to pay $25 for this. Was given a link with UPS tracking. The first estimated date for delivery was missed. Had stayed in all day for this. On the Monday, an attempt was made to deliver the item. But I was out. A link was emailed to me which allowed you to log on to the UPS site to update a delivery time and day. Only it kept coming back with an error with the tracking number etc. Couldn't get through to UPS help as it just kept saying it was busy. So got in touch with LiLash to try and resolve a delivery time and day. (No phone number on their website, just an email address). LiLash wouldn't help and just kept sending the same copy and paste job reply 'Delivery price just means it arrives quicker than free shipping...not help with UPS delivery day/time..' Great. Why even put the tracking and log-in info for UPS if it doesn't even work and you have no choice over re-delivery day or time?UPS then sent another email saying it was to be delivered next day. No way of changing this, so ended up taking a day off work to resolve this. Wasn't happy with the zero help from LiLash with even attempting to sort this out.Not good enough, for the amount they charge on products and delivery to basically leave it up to the customer to sort it out with UPS are their own, who are impossible to contact if you have a problem with delivery or anything else.

I've been using lilash on and off for a…

I've been using lilash on and off for a few years and can quite honestly say this is by far the best product I have ever used. It is expensive! Shipping to the UK is 2 weeks if you choose not to pay for £25 fast track service. They claim its 30 days for this product to work but for me it takes 2 months for optimum results. If you're patient and consistent,you will be amazed at how effective this product is.

The customer service at Lilash goes over and above. The team went out of their way to respond to my issue in a timely and understanding manner. I would highly recommend Lilash and appreciate the work they are doing.

I got the li-lash but it doesn't work

I got the li-lash but it doesn't work, eyelashes have not grown nor thickened as promised, strangely it worked previously but no longer does the trick... I contacted Li-Lash but had no response. Sadly I wasted my money!!

Non existent customer service and very poor shipping process

Ordered the product from the Lilash website and received confirmation the next day it had shipped. I waited for 10 days and had no further update... so I used the UPS tracking number they sent. UPS said that my package had reached my city 5 days prior and was now transferred to the US Post Office for delivery. They could provide no further update.The US Postal Service had no record of receiving the package, so I was stuck.Lilash doesn't follow up on any of this - it's up to the customer to do all package tracking manually, and they send their product through this cheap shipping process that involves a handoff between UPS and USPS so no one can track it from start to finish and no one is accountable to get you what you bought. UPS blames USPS. USPS blames UPS. Lilash just says they're sorry the shippers lost the package. I have no further information and no product.There is no way to contact anyone at Lilash other than email that they say will answer during their business hrs (limited) Mon - Fri. I did write to them, and their response was that they were sorry the Postal Service lost my package. Helpful.I'm now disputing the credit card charge and will not order from Lilash again. I think it's logical to expect a single shipper or at least someone with the accountability to make sure the package makes it through the process to the paying customer. In the Lilash model, that doesn't exist - it's up to the paying customer do all the work to figure out what's going on, and in my case it was all to find out no one knows. In 2018, this is an unacceptable and disappointing experience - there are too many competitors out there, and I'll be purchasing their products from now on.
