It stated 30 new booked clients must sign up through their portal, which places the responsibility on you to bring them in, leading to the issues we faced. Out of about 20 who booked through their portal, we were 10 bookings short, implying they might continue working for free until they secure those additional bookings, likely resulting in no-shows and cancellations during appointment confirmations.

This service is a scam! I should have heeded the reviews; their guarantee is completely misleading! They promised 15 new patients on my schedule or the month would be free. We received ZERO! I repeat, ZERO! Their leads were not functional. They claimed to have achieved their goal of 15 when they had none and hit me with another $1,500 charge! We are canceling immediately—STAY AWAY! Let me explain how the scam operates: they promise you will get 15 patients in a month, but they never fulfill their guarantee! They allow fake patients to make appointments randomly on THEIR calendar! These patients never showed up in the office, and most were unreachable! They claimed I had 32 appointments on their calendar, but zero showed up in my office! So disregard their guarantee! And NO! It was not due to a lack of effort on our part! We documented at least two calls and one email to every lead! If they responded, they received unlimited calls. NONE of them ever came to my office! NONE! They were just fake leads, and I didn't want to add another $2,000 a month to have my staff do what I already did, especially considering the poor quality of the leads.

I scheduled a meeting for 7:30 am this morning. I received over 10 emails and texts confirming the meeting, but they never sent me a link to join! I reached out multiple times via text, email, and phone calls, but received no response. Terrible customer service, likely indicative of a poor company and product as well.
They devised a plan and a funnel but failed to execute any advertising, and they misled the credit card company, claiming they had proof of my interaction with leads. They lied!
