Terrible ! Waiting for a 15 pound withdrawal for almost 5 days,bare in mind I am a customer with them for 4 years or so,they used to be one of my favourites ,nowadays even their daily wheel is rigged,promotions expensive and pointless,dissapointed.
This is a scam outfit!! I’ve had a account for 3years no problems except for a iffy website in terms of ease of use ,suddenly when I went to withdraw £50 I kept getting oops something wrong thereafter I got the run around please don’t touch this mob because eventually you will have a problem getting your money I’ve given up.

Diabolical customer service. Been trying to get my account reactivated having had WH safer gambling team agree to split a deposit limit between the two sites. Been waiting for a month and a half but more chance of Father Christmas coming down my chimney on the 25th.

They take money but don't like to pay. The games don't play right! Not the same as other sites like Coral etc and the live help is a complete waste of time. Withdrawal was split into 3 random amounts because of some policy, despite only ever used 1 payment method. The customer service just tell you that the query has been escalated, and nobody gets back to you. Not sure how they got their licence!
