I cannot understand the negative reviews on here for this site. I tried it out to find a different live casino from the boring one I was using before. The options are fantastic, loads of games to choose from with high and low stake games. Only bad thing is the few days it takes the money to come through, other places are much quicker.
Only received 30 pound of my 90 pound winnings they said they have sent it to my old bank account on system I tried explaining it is a closed down account but they wasnt interested and tried saying banks will still accept the transfer so I will need to take it up with them it's a joke the worst customer service I have received,i believe it's time everyone washes there hands with this betting app.

I regret having to write this review as I've had an 888 account for a number of years without too many issues but my recent experience has been terrible. Last week I decided to withdraw $300 which would then be converted to GBP. When I checked my bank account, they had credited me about $165. As they do sometimes split a payout into 2 separate payments ( not sure why) I wasn't too concerned but the remaining money never arrived. I contacted the 'customer services ' to enquire about my funds and was told I needed to verify my ID and debit card despite making many previous withdrawals AND that they had already paid out half my winnings but I dutifully obliged. Days later there was still no sign of my cash so I rang them again and was told I would also need to upload a picture of the debit card I had used previously. As I don't hang on to old and expired cards I explained that this was impossible and they then told me I should go to my bank and get proof that the old card had been replaced by my current card and provide this to them. By this point I was so discombobulated by this maze of rules and requirements that I told them to close my account and have presumably sacrificed my money. Apologies for the length of this review but the circumstances demanded the detail.
