I have been on zepbound since June of 2024 and all of a sudden I have to been seen by a virtual doctor to get my medication covered. Since when does an online doctor know you better than the pcp that has been treating you for years.
One of the people I met, her name is Constantine or something like it, was awful and kept telling me how I felt. She didn’t listen to me and she made me feel like she did not like her job whatsoever. After I changed from her to someone else my experience amazing. Which is why I give it all the stars. I didn’t let that one awful experience ruin my whole outlook. Thank you to everyone on this team who has been so helpful.
Impressive experience! We have been very satisfied with how quickly and responsively the service has facilitated my husband’s journey. From start to finish, he had his lab work completed, online intake, initial appointment, and medication delivered within 5 business days! We acted swiftly in getting the labs drawn and completing our tasks, but we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of care he received at his first appointment and the promptness of the professionals involved. I would highly recommend this service to others. I was hesitant to enroll my husband in a service that would require him to wait a month or more for his initial appointment, but this service exceeded our expectations!

They were excellent until they weren’t. It was more convenient for me to go through them than my pcp for follow up diabetes care. I have been on Mounjaro for going on 4 years. I’ve gotten a 90 day script in the past and specifically asked this month for them to renew the 90 day as I pay the same copay for a 90 day as I do a 30 day. From August until October it has been a tirade of messages. Lab work must be done through my local hospital due to there not being one of their labs near me. I had to remind them of this a few times and they still continue to send my lab request to the wrong place. I asked specific questions a month ago and was not told until a month and a half later that they no longer do 90 day scripts. Which is fine, I understand that, but I asked months ago. It seems the last 6 months every interaction turns into a 2 week ordeal. It was never like that in the beginning. I will say when I called in they were very helpful and did give me a refund for my last month. I would say if you have patience they are ok.
She was SO HELPFUL! I was getting stressed out because it said I needed prior authorization and that has not worked out in the past but she immediately called my insurance and pharmacy, figured out the problem, and got back to me within minutes. She made my whole day. Definitely an angel, thank you!!!
