Absolutely shocking. Do not buy from this place. Products are extremely low quality and look nothing like the pictures. It’s clearly a scam where they are marking up products (if you can even call them that) significantly compared to the cost to make. Atrocious customer service, and they will not return your money even if it has taken a good couple of months to get the right product. I’m still “waiting” for a 2025 Manchester United advent calendar that was ordered mid Dec, received late Dec although it was a Penrith Panthers cheap ridiculous advent calendar. They will not issue a refund and the correct calendar (which is no longer usable or relevant) has yet to arrive. These people are scammers and do not have legit products.
I ordered a special gift believing it was shipped from the USA, but it actually came from another country! I will NEVER order from this service again! A glass for American Football produced and sent from there? Completely unacceptable!
I ordered an advent calendar on October 14, and as of December 18, it still hasn't arrived. I was given a tracking number, but that link doesn't work. I've emailed and messaged them multiple times without a reply. No refund or product received. I strongly advise against dealing with this service.
I had to give this service one star just to submit my review. Buyer beware! Very poor quality. I ordered a decanter, and it arrived damaged and poorly made. It took forever to arrive, and when it did, the package was heavily damaged. They misled me about the shipping origin. My emails regarding tracking went unanswered. I'm just going to consider this a lesson learned.
