When I started with them over a year ago. They gave me a hard time. I sent them my taxes. Then claim

When I started with them over a year ago. They gave me a hard time. I sent them my taxes. Then claimed I made 130,000.00 a year. Because one of their brain surgeons. Googled me to get that info. When they had my taxes. I had no job for 3 years. Second contract. Got all their info asked. Then said insurance will cover it. Haha If deductible is not made 573.00 per month. If Deductible is made 520.00 a month. With the pin heads that working there at AbbVia. Could they afford any of those amounts. Their commercial says: If you can afford it. We will help. They don't. And CS was a joke. They told me to fill out a form for my outstanding medical bills. I have none. I wait until its free. But still in my case. I can't afford the over 500.00 a month for the medication. In my case they took my life in their hands. Over medication to poop.

Exactly the support you don’t need when you have a debilitating medical condition

I’ve had a very disappointing experience with AbbVie’s patient support. Communication has been inconsistent and unreliable, and after weeks of trying to coordinate my prescription through their system, I ultimately had to contact the pharmacy myself and pay out of pocket to get my medication on time (over a thousand dollars - as they couldn’t resolve the seemingly simple task of attaching my benefits to provider to the system)The process has been confusing and poorly managed, creating unnecessary stress and extra admin work. My doctor even mentioned that other patients have had similar issues, which is concerning. I hope AbbVie takes this feedback seriously and improves their support process—especially for patients managing serious conditions who need timely and reliable care.

Purchased Refresh Optive Eye Drops and…

Purchased Refresh Optive Eye Drops and after opening the package show the expiration of the product was Oct 25 and the coupons inside expired 2024.Spoke with Customer Service and the Medical Team, Megan and got nothing. Yes, you can use the drops til the end of October, but there is nothing they can do about the expiration. Why would products be sold with only 3 months to use. They did not care, I guess the almighty dollar rules for their company.

I have had the worst customer service…

I have had the worst customer service experience TWICE from Abbvie. They couldn't care less about the patients using their medications. They are plain rude. I WILL try finding a different medication so I don't need to talk to these people!

I went on Medicare when I retired and could no longer afford the life changing medicine for psoriasis. Their customer assistance program called me and I was approved to receive it at no cost within 4 days. The approval was fast and the whole process was positive. I can’t thank Abbvie enough for their help.

Medicine

I have had good insurance all my life that covered prescription drugs. I retired and went on Medicare and couldn't afford a prescription. Abbvie was kind enough to ship me my medicine free of charge, thank you so much!

I experienced the worst working…

I experienced the worst working environment, was so toxic that it affected my mental and physical wellbeing. They valued nepotism more than anything and they decide if they wanna work with you regardless of what you can do .I worked with husband and wife, uncle’s and cousins on the same shift .Managers take decisions based on relationship like what these relatives tell them ,no investigation,, nothing … people say they enjoy working at Abbvie simply because they’re family like I mentioned before father and son … it was a hell

Abbvie refused our application for assistance

My dermatologist wanted me to go on SKYRIZI but it's $17,000 per injection. Obviously, there's no way we can afford that, because we have no income. We have no income, but my husband took money out of our retirement funds to pay off my incredibly high medical bills. Unfortunately, the people at Abbvie couldn't interpret that information even though our application very clearly showed the money came entirely from our retirement funds. I guess the people they have reviewing applications are too damned stupid to see that or ask any questions. My husband and I have to pay more every month for health insurance than we do our monthly mortgage, just so that I can get pain management. Maybe people reading this funny know, but the DEA has made out of network care a red flag for chronic pain patients. Pretty ironic because they endorse and encourage out of network care for addicts! So, PEOPLE WHO THROUGH NO FAULT OF THEIR OWN CAN'T GET THE COVERAGE OR CARE THEY NEED BUT ADDICTS, PEOPLE WHO CHOSE TO SCREW UP THEIR LIVES GET THE CARE THEY NEED AND THEN SOME! My husband and I have ZERO INCOME but the people at Abbvie were too stupid to interpret their own application information and rejected our request for assistance. I'm so sick of healthcare in the United States!I definitely do not recommend anyone to to get assistance from Abbvie.
