I was helped out by Jordan, who made the entire process as seamless as possible. I wasn’t in the country and couldn’t arrange a viewing, but Jordan sent me videos of the flat, answered all questions quickly and was great at communicating quickly and efficiently. A bit incompetent regarding accounts information just moved in with them months ago only to find out since they closed over the holidays my rent payment error saying my rent was overdue not very happy someone should of being there monitoring real time payments it was a bank holiday weekend so now have to wait to see why this has happened not very amused by this as I paid it I have proof from my end.
