She was incredibly efficient, clear, and helpful from the first viewing all the way through to completing the paperwork. It really made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.I really appreciated how quickly she handled everything and kept me updated at each step. They are negligent. The flat is in disrepair. There’s constant leaks, never ending issues and it’s just a nightmare. They are liars. They refuse accountability and are always blaming the landlord saying that he is the one refusing to do anything. Even when it is illegal. It’s like dealing with the mafia. I’ve raised a complaint and they are yet to respond. I’ll probably just have to raise it to their redress scheme as they truly are abhorrent. I regret ever having to deal with these people. Avoid at all cost.
Wiktoria was a gem! She was so helpful and just one of the best agents I've come across in the last 3 months of searching for a dream home. She goes over and beyond to help, and is a very good listener by paying attention to every small detail and trying her best to fulfill what you need. I had a hard morning and she literally made jokes to make me laugh and it made my day. We need more warm hearted helpful people like Wiktoria :)
