Ableglass have recently installed a new composite front door and replaced the frame around the door entrance. They have done a brilliant job the lads cracked on and got the job done with little fuss. They were courteous and professional and tidied up after the job. This is the second time we have used Ableglass and we would highly recommend them.

Great workers John and Jay did a brilliant job fitting a new kitchen window and skylight. The skylight was not was not an easy task but they made a fantastic job of it. Over the years I have used Abelglass many times and they always provide a very professional service and show great respect for your home. Well done and thank you again for a job well done
I am absolutely thrilled with the new conservatory roof recently installed by Abelglass. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless, and the results are truly excellent.A huge shout-out to Billy and Dale, who completed the installation. They worked tirelessly (in all weathers) and with incredible dedication, ensuring every detail was perfect. Their professionalism and skill were evident throughout the project, and they were a pleasure to have around.The quality of the new roof is exceptional, and it has completely transformed my conservatory. Beyond the fantastic workmanship, the customer service from Abelglass was also outstanding. They were communicative, helpful, and ensured I was completely satisfied every step of the way. I don't often write reviews but I have recently had my back windows and conservatory replaced by Billy from Abelglass. I can't praise him enough. Further to the response by Abelgass. In the quotation on headed notepaper is the clause "Labour is covered for 12 months."I was rung to explain my review. I had other calls booked in for the afternoon - there was no attempt to ask if I had the time to spend on the call with them.More examples of lack of attention to detail and poor customer service.I picked them as the surveyor seemed (note that word) professional. All in all a very unsatisfactory experience. My view is that they only did 1/2 a job. Although superficially helpful nothing got fixed. I got someone else in who did a really good job for me.I am an older woman on my own - that says it all these days I’m afraid to say.
From the first phone call, to booking an appointment to measure, to the fitting this was a 5 star experience. David Rushton a came to measure. Following acceptance of the quotation, deposit paid, to the planned installation date, everything went well. Today saw the completion of two bay windows and a small bedroom window replacements. Plus some new units to the rear of our property, Dale the fitter, was simply excellent; we couldn’t have asked for better service. The quality is top notch and with a 10 year guarantee it is stress less. I would highly recommend Abelglass and they will be my ‘go to’ company a future requirements
Wow blown away, what brilliant staff & service EVERY contact with this companies personnel leaves us feeling how unusual it is to encounter this level of professional service No question, Abelglass will be getting ALL our future glass business, we ordered a specialist piece of glass, cut, ground & coloured, we wanted it in a hurry, they rushed it through, even opened the factory especially over a bank holiday weekend such that we could take delivery and included in our order other items we hadn’t thought of but absolutely needed. Throughout this process, this company has been efficient, courteous and professional. The office were as helpful as the fitters. They have repaired and cleaned an antique interior skylight and done an amazing job. They even managed to source some glass that is no longer manufactured to replace a cracked piece. Thank you!
A pleasure all the way through. Right from the start we were advised by Abbie who was both helpful and friendly. Dave Kaye came out to measure and talked us through the whole process without any of the pushiness you can sometimes get with other companies. Made suggestions but left us to decide what we wanted. Gave us an estimate which Toria sent through via Email next day and by post a few days later. Four weeks later the day arrived and Dale came to fit the three windows. Fabulous job! Windows look great and he cleaned and hoovered up everything so it was spotless afterwards. We are going to have our Front door and porch done next year, so we will be back with them then. Thanks to all.
