Abel glass supplies my frames for the…

Ok Abel glass supplies my frames for the frontOf the house…. Once fitted ( not by Abel glass) we noticed some of the sills had white showing through the black we contacted our fitter who relayed the problem to Abel glass… a man with a marker pen cameOut and coloured the white bits in and also tried to repair two marks in the frame with wax one was successful and one failed also we showed him a small blister in the frame of our bay window and he said it was a grain ofPolymer trapped under it … we asked him to send the supplier to look at it ….. no one came so I waited a few months and rang Abel glass to see what could be done on thePhone they agreed to change the 2 offending frames…. A few months later our fitter cameTo fit the smaller of the two frames and I asked him where the other one was he replied that Abel glass were notGoing to change the big frame just give me a five year gaurentee…. I was not happy with this resolution so I rang Abel glass and they denied that they said that they were changing the frame with the blister…. I challenged them on this and they were adamant that this was not what they agreed…. In the end I said I would see them in the small claims court and hung up … within 10 mins they rang my fitter and said they would reorder my frame…. These have since been fitted satisfactorily…. If you want quality and good service do not use Abel glass in Blackpool….AVOID AVOID AVOID……Thank you Abelglass for your reply…. I will not remove my review because it is an account of my experience with your company…. I am not a bully I was frustrated with the way I was treated by yourselves if I am not a customer why did you deal with meOn the phone when I rang you should have asked me to deal with the window fitter but you didn’t….

Superb service from start to finish

Superb service from start to finish; the first visit to measure up and provide the quote was conducted by a very friendly, knowledgable salesman with no pressure to buy whatsoever. The installation, which was not straightforward, was performed by Dale who couldn’t of been any more professional or helpful. What a credit he is to the company, he worked extremely hard and went the extra mile to ensure the patio doors were installed to a very high standard. I’m very happy with the finished product and based on the service I’ve received wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

Excellent Customer Service, Very Professional Work.

Excellent Service, hand-held all the way by the Sales Manager, very professional job done, also fixed a long-standing issue left by a previous Window company for us, nothing too much trouble. House has been warm and dry ever since. Excellent value for money and great service, can highly recommend Abelglass.
