I have Duplex rental properties and was refurbishing both units in one building. They both have the same above the stove exhaust vent fan units. They are Broan Nutone model BXT130WW.I ordered a 2 pack of the specified grease filters, S99010467, as indicated on the unit's sticker.When I received these from Air Filter Factory a few days later and tried to install them, I found that they were too large to fit into the vent units. I called Air Filter Factory and spoke with Ken, the Consumer Retail manager. He explained that they had sent me the correct filter as specified on the unit label, but often the way these vent units are made, there are slight tolerances that prevent the specified filter to be installed. Ken recommended that I use the Broan WA65F Aluminum Mesh Grease filter instead. Ken processed an exchange for me and I received the WA65F filters a few days later. They fit perfectly into these Broan Nutone vent units. Thanks for excellent customer service! I will order again!
The filter quality, customer service, shipping process was all 5 Stars. The only reason I gave 4 was the fact of feeling the price was a little high on these filters. That being said, I’m happy that they are available. I’m a retired Teamster and live within a fairly tight budget. I plan on purchasing again when it comes time. Thank you.
