After my first chat with the course adviser, everything was fine. I was very excited and willing to start the training course ASAP...
The second chat I've had whith the course advisor was very disappointing from my point of view... He started to ask me about my card details. He asked me about my 16-digit number, my full name printed on the card, and the security No 123 hahaha, ( nice try, I would say, old-fashioned, attempted theft) saying that's the way to pay for the training courses, and he was very insistent.
If the company management cares for more details, please get in touch... I have much more to say...
Just completed my 2 week electrical practical training with Aaron at the Brentwood centre and couldn't be happier with the time spent there.
Aaron was an amazing tutor, who really spent time to make sure everyone in my group was able to understand each part of the training. He truly went above and beyond for our group and helped put into practice everything I had learned in the webinars leading up to that point.
Once again my experience with Access Training was excellent. Adam and Stuart at Edenbridge were both 5 star instructors and were always ready to give practical advice on the gas practical training and Adam furthermore on on the electrical S&Y plan course. I would definately consider Access Training for real-life plumbing, gas and electrical training.
Definitely would recommend, have just comlepted my level 2 plumbing diploma and have to say what an overall positive experience it has been.
From the start with well structured webinars given by Paul Kelly and home learning sections that are set at your own pace, these prepared me well for the theory exams.
Callum gave excellent practical training, extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely supportive, the learning space felt relaxed and Callum prepared everyone so well for the practical assessment, equally the assessment process itself was managed brilliantly by him, and with some good music as well.
Thanks to both Callum and Paul for all the help.
I have just completed my portfolio and assessments with Craig Wiltshire and I cannot recommend him enough. I was extremely nervous before my assessment and let Craig know this and his words of encouragement and enthusiasm really helped. I would 100% recommend Craig as an assessor

Both were very knowledgeable and offered examples that made it easier to grasp the concepts.
I truly appreciated every aspect of the training; a huge thanks to the instructor for making everything so approachable. The facility is fantastic, providing ample space for practice. The program is well-organized, and everyone receives equal attention. I also want to acknowledge the support from the team during my initial two weeks.
