Waste of time. It would't work anywhere. I did get through to customer service chat. The first one told me although it wouldn't work on Apple Pay it would work on Google Play so I kept trying, failed again so the next one told me to contact Google, who said it wasn't accepted. It's annoying enough it isn't accepted, but at least the customer service should know where it is/isn't accepted. Wasted hours to find this out and now just got money sitting on a card I can't use or transfer anywhere. I guess they're just collecting money and data...

I had a very disappointing experience with a gift card from my company. I couldn't use it and called the hotline to verify my address. Afterward, I was told that it was incomplete?! They couldn't activate the card, and I received no help. Customer service was extremely poor.

I received a credit from my job, but the card was not accepted for purchases on a platform. I received a message saying, 'This transaction cannot be processed.' The payment seemed authorized but was blocked. After reading other reviews, it appears I'm not alone in this issue. If I had known, I would have chosen a different card.
I would give negative stars if possible. This company is terrible, and I can't believe they're still operational. They've made it impossible to use my card, and despite multiple calls, they couldn't resolve the issue. It's a complete waste of time.
Anyone in the UK, please steer clear! I wish I had checked the reviews before redeeming my collection for a prepaid card. It was a nightmare trying to use it, as I was blocked by every retailer, both online and in-store. I finally managed to buy gift cards after numerous attempts. I hope this helps others who find themselves in a similar situation.
