I was seeking a more effective way to manage my debt rather than dealing with high interest rates. After submitting some information online, I received a call from a financial representative. It’s a daunting process trying to escape debt. During the conversation, the representative made an inappropriate remark that I found disrespectful. I expressed my dissatisfaction with his comment and decided to look for alternatives.
Rocketship advertises personal loans with loan interest rates. However in reality the true personal loans will carry very high interest-rates, I was quoted 22% one my 770 FICO score. They will then pitch you a debt cancellation plan which will carry a lower payment but will also destroy your credit worthiness for years to come by defaulting on your existing loans or credit cards. This is in fact the "rate" they are pitching. The marketing makes no mention of this.It is functionally dishonest.
