They didnt necessarily do anything wrong, its just that they attacked a multi x playthrough to their promotional packages. And you can't use the promotional part of that package to finish the playthrough either. So if you buy say a 20 SC for $10, you've got take that $10 and manage to playthrough $1000. With 10 or 20 bucks, either is absolutely stupid. So basically you just pay $10 to use $10, but with massive strings attached. This information isn't clearly communicated either. If it is, I didn't see it. Way down in the fine print where nobody reads , there's mention of a 3x playthrough, but definitely not what I got. To me, its just sleazy and poor business. Its a trick some casinos use to bait and switch people out of their money and make it impossible to win. Which when you're playing slots , I think everyone agrees that they dont need any more help leaning their way. I wont play there again. There's too many other sweeps casinos that don't play those cheap trick games and have the normal 1x playthrough. Do yourself a favor, go play elsewhere. There's nothing that great about them to tolerate getting ripped off. You've been warned. Its sad too. I was excited when I first saw them. Lesson learned...
