We love Acoweb's Deposit and Payments plugin. It works exactly as expected. During a major WooCommerce update, it quit working. I should note that many other plugins were affected by this update. We contacted Acowebs and they immediately fixed it. We are very happy.

Please, I need help. Support responds to my emails, but my website database is still bloated with 3.4GB from Offload Plugin. They advised me not to delete it and to wait for update. I'm waiting and waiting for weeks. Website 503 is constant. I had the free version of this plugin for about a year and was getting 503 errors but didn't know why. I upgraded to pro version thinking uploading older photos from my site would make things move better, but it's so much worse. I don't know what to do and need someone to step in and fix it.
