If I could give zero stars, I would.Avoid this lender and their team. Communication is extremely slow — responses typically take 24–48 hours, and when you do get one, it often takes another several hours (or even a day) for management or the president to approve anything.If you’re working on a double closing, save yourself the headache. You’ll be stuck waiting on underwriter or executive approvals while deadlines pass and expenses pile up — sometimes literally waiting in a hotel for the green light to fund.
I have had the pleasure of working with Jordan Agosta and his team-(Bill Dennis). This is my 2nd transaction with them, and I have to tell you, they are top notch. I came across a challenging loan involving a vesting issue. I provided to Jordan what he needed to be sure they can get this loan done for us. They were able to make it happen. In today's world Integrity goes a very long way. Jordan and Bill you both you are Amazing and I cannot wait until the next loan.
