Attention, attention... Beware! This is one of the most dangerous platforms. It's one of the most fraudulent trading platforms, confiscating funds, closing trades unjustly, and failing to activate ST. Your funds will be confiscated faster than lightning. They'll get you to the liquidation price faster than lightning... It's a huge scam, based on long experience. No one in the entire world can verify the future of trading with this fraudulent platform. I feel ashamed of the countries and governments that granted them a license to operate in Europe with this level of fraud. I've been trading for over 15 years and I've never seen such a scam.
I've been using mexc for several months. For security, I enabled Google Authenticator and manage my Google authentication codes with a web extension. Then, a month ago, I accidentally disabled the extension and re-enabled it, but I can no longer receive codes. So, I contacted the support team several times, and they requested verification using my ID card and my face. A few days ago, I attempted verification using my ID card and my face, but I received a message saying it failed. The reason was that the source of the funds to mexc was unclear. What a ridiculous logic. I received the money from a client a month ago, and he paid in crypto. So, should I ask him where the funds came from? This is truly absurd. They're probably trying to steal my money. How can I leave a good review for a service like this? Don't forget my lesson.
I’ve been using MEXC for over 5 years now. Got used to the whole “risk control” thing. Usually being locked for a month and then released on schedule. It became kind of a normal process for me.But something changed around this spring. They started locking my account much faster, after just 1 - 2 days of profitable trading. Before I could trade for a couple of weeks before getting flagged, which for MEXC was actually a success and felt fine. But 1–2 days! That was unbearable.Then in summer, after one of those “risk reviews,” they unlocked my account, but only for trading, not withdrawals. I made just one futures trade, made about 500 USDT profit and got locked again immediately. This time they said the review would take a year. I thought that was the end. I’d already made peace with probably never seeing those funds again.But thanks to the recent X buzz and community attention, I reached out to Derrick, as suggested by Cecilia and in just 4 days (today!), my account was fully unlocked. Of course, I withdrew everything right away.For now, I’ll be watching from the sidelines and hoping MEXC improves. It’s hard to ignore everything that happened, I’ve been locked more than 7 times, but I did enjoy trading there.So if anyone from MEXC is reading this, I’m looking forward to hearing good stories from other users, especially from those who finally got their funds back. I’d really like to come back and trade again one day, hopefully sooner rather than later.Thanks for releasing the funds, and I truly wish you success in overcoming all these issues.
Stay away from Mexc - someone withdraw partial USDTs from my account and the partial USDTs are missing. There support is not there to help, No phone call and no one available to support over chat. totally helpless !! please stay away. Money transfered without OTP or any sort of authentication !!
I really don't understand where the bad reviews are comming from, maybe scammers who got blocked ?I did de KYC and so far everything works perfect, I trade with huge amounts of money and they never asked me anything. So far the best platform I traided on and I trade since 2016 and had a account everywhere, most of the exchanges are ridiculous expensive, most of the trades on MEXC are free!!
Mexc will scam you and take USDTs from your Wallet/account and act dumb. Later will ask you to go to local authorities and refuse to help. They will withdraw USDTs from account and the chunk of the USDTs will go missing. No support and no phone number to reach them. total scam!! please stay away. Money transferred without OTP or any sort of authentication !!
