I ordered samples, paying £3 each for two, which were supposed to include free delivery. Be cautious—the delivery may not be free! I had to pay a fee to the postal service due to insufficient postage from the sender, meaning the delivery wasn't free. I reached out to request a refund for the postage costs twice but received no response. Very disappointing customer service.
I ordered acrylic sheets cut to size with holes drilled in each top corner. I didn't see any options for hole placement. I requested holes on the top left and right. When the sheets arrived after a delay, the holes were cut lengthwise, which was not what I needed. I also didn't receive a confirmation about my order. Attempts to contact the company by phone went unanswered, and their phone number has been removed from their website. They also don’t respond to emails. Very poor customer service, unwilling to resolve issues or mistakes. I won't be using this company again. Caution advised.
I placed and paid for my order but have made numerous phone calls, only getting through once to be told it would be delivered on the 4th of March. There has been no contact from the company since then. I want either a refund or the goods within a week.
I ordered samples over a month ago and have followed up multiple times via email and phone. I've only received the initial order confirmation. Given the recent negative reviews, I suspect this firm may have gone out of business, so it’s wise to avoid them. Even if they haven’t, I wouldn’t order again due to their slow and unprofessional service.
