Review Time
The delivery has not arrived; I've received confirmation from the shipping service that they can't locate the product. I've sent three emails and filled out a contact form, yet still no reply. This company has the worst customer service, just taking your money without caring for customers. It's been three weeks since I ordered and two weeks since I tried to reach out.
I placed an order on 11/28, I received a confirmation but nothing else, when I reach out to them I get no response. Companies like this should be taken down because why would you do a scam using children toys.Confirmation # acs-6994847
Unfortunately this “business” is nothing more than a SCAM. I like the others leaving reviews here have had my money taken very quickly with an email confirming that, but now 12 days later & an email sent to their “customer support team” asking where my order is or even a tracking number, there has nothing but silence. Now I’m seeing responses from them here saying they are sorry with some excuse as to why we haven’t got our products. I call BS. SORRY NOT SORRY
