The first time we used the air mattress it deflated. We followed all the instructions about trying to find the hole with soapy water and sleeping on the air mattress for 5 nights.
It still deflated.
We contacted Active Era and after asking a few questions, they immediately sent a replacement.

The king size airbed I received did not meet my expectations. After a few uses, the center started to sag inward, creating an uncomfortable concave shape. I won't be using it or recommending it to others.
