Vinted is ok, but it is run by automated system, my account was suspended maybe around 2-3 weeks after i started posting and selling because of a post of a 3 small pins from Lion Club🙈, and noted as commercial. It was difficult to contact customer service, when finally i managed for someone to call me it was from another country and my account is still blocked until Friday. Also i tried register account as Enskild firma and it was not possible so another problem why my account was blocked because i posted over 80 things for sale. So it is a bit confusing. Also i paid for ad and also ad is paid but account blocked.
I really enjoy the app overall and appreciate the new features like the camera search. However, I've observed that shipping costs have increased, and it feels off to pay more for shipping than the item itself. There was a time when the platform offered reduced shipping, and I believe many users would welcome more opportunities like that throughout the year. Other than that, I have no major complaints about the app.
