The climbing frame has arrived in under 2-weeks and is currently awaiting construction. It looks to be good quality and I am sure we will have a very happy boy once it is built :-)
Excellent service from start to finish, very highly recommend Active Garden. I gave them a list of things I wanted from the play equipment and they came back to me with some suitable designs and lots of options. Great communication about delivery and their installation service was excellent too.

I have 4 children ranging from3-11 years so was looking for a climbing frame suitable for themAll.I spoke to Marianela at active garden who couldn’t have been more helpful. She advised me of the range of climbing frames that were suitable and advised me what would be best with the garden that I have.Following this I ordered the climbing frame and arranged a day forIt to be delivered. This was kept to with no issues or problems.I then arranged for the climbing frameTo be constructed through active garden. Henrikas Was then booked in for two days to construct the frame. Henrikas Updated me whilst on route to our home and built our climbing frame in 2 days. (What a hard worker he was hardly stopped for a break)As a family we couldn’t be happier with the service that active garden provided. The climbing frame looks fantastic and the quality is amazing. Family and friends havent stopped commenting on it.My children have been on the climbing frame since it was installed and absolutely love it. Thank you active garden would highly recommend 👍👍👍
Exceptional customer service. Slight delay in order for swing hangers from Germany due to Brexit. Regular updates received and alternative options suggested. Swing hangers and seats arrived when advised. Good quality and kids love their new swings.
