The customer service I received from Active Garden was fantastic! Marianela was so helpful and friendly from start to finish. She is so knowledgeable about all the climbing frames and took time to advise me and answer all my questions. Once I had ordered the climbing frame, she kept me updated on the delivery process. When the slide arrived damaged through no fault of Active Garden, they were very apologetic and sent a replacement immediately. Couldn't fault their service and will definitely recommend.
