I ordered products from another company. And used the reconstitution solution from them to reconstitute oros product. It jelled up. No good. I called oros told them about my problem, not only did they replace their product that jelled up, but sent me a free reconstitution solution to use. Awesome of them. I really appreciate their fast support and solution to my problem. Great company

Incredible service.. They replied to my email almost instantly. I have only order once but will again soon.. unfortunately my first order was badly timed right before the biggest snow storm of the year it the entire mid America . They let me know my order was held up but would be back on track as soon as air freight was back up. And they were correct and my arrived exactly when they said it would.. quality is excellent..
I am only giving 4 stars, because of shipping delay,which I will assume not Oros fault. However Oros,did what they can to replace my order,even with one delay. So thank you. I have a clarification though, if the products are made in California, why it is shipped from another state? Just asking:) .
I like this Company and will order from them again. My only drawback was with the pmnt section. It was difficult, sorry I just had a tuff time trying to pay for my products, hopefully next time will be more streamline as I do order quite frequently. Anyways im happy and Ty for the easy shipping section.
