Awful company, their customer service is abysmal and way below par, I keep having issues with my account where I play COD and try to get the promotional rewards like today I tried to verify my email it said I had but didnt get the rewards when I reached out the help was non existent. I also noticed an old email on the account which I haven't used it many years and dont remember the info to they wouldn't help me fix this issue and just left me in a position where I can't claim any rewards ever on my game, they have made things very difficult and I have contacted in a few times the staff dont care to help customers that line their pockets. Im autistic and needed their help and it was non existent and just left to not be able to do anything.

With Activision you always pay twice for the same thing

I recently bought an Xbox and the Call of Duty Modern Warfare game, It might be a really good game, but for me, after hours of time and numerous updates, I couldn't even download it to play, why, because I want to play solo offline and Activision want me to spend money online, so be prepared to always pay for the same thing twice, this is the sad end for me playing COD, thanks to the mnoey grabbers at Acitvision

absolutely awful customer service.

absolutely awful customer service.refused to give a new email after mine failed to send the link for password change then after a long time refused to issue a new email address. Only after a long time.Now cannot set up a new account but don't know why as there is no reaction too setup failing.

Worst game ever

Worst game ever. It makes you play with pc players even though you dont want to. If I did id play on my pc. Also to make you download parts of the fame then purchase it to "unlock" it? Greedy ass people.

Most terrible company on earth.

My CODM account was hacked and over $500 was spent on it. I gave Activision clear evidence, but support keeps closing my case with the same automated reply. Terrible experience — they don’t care about players at all.

Would give 0 stars if I could

Would give 0 stars if I could, banned my account for saying I was "unauthorized software and manipulation of game data", absolutely wasn't so appealed it and they said I was. So not sure what system they're using to check but it's clearly faulty and now I have lost all of my progress on COD.
