It's was a decent experience until I went to cash out and I was met with rudeness and sort of looking for every possible way to not pay me out it felt like. But they did come through with the payout, but still left a sour taste for them sub cuz Ive sorthave kept my distance ever since but I'm back to give them another try we will see how it goes.

The games here are fairly good... Some of them are really good.. like some of my favorite games I've played online. If it wasn't for there absolutely ridiculous withdrawal procedures, this could be a 5 star casino. However, if you win they require front and back photocopy if your driver's license, plus an electric bill that's fewer than 90 days old in order to verify address... (Don't understand how a drivers license isn't verification enough for address or why they even need to know your address... It's a flippin' crypto casino... C'mon. Obviously they're doing these things to make it difficult for the customer to withdraw funds and that's what's effed up)... Ok so after you've done that whole project and finally get approved, get ready to wait 10 DAYS to receive your crypto funds .. yes 10 effin days. The longest and most ridiculous wait I've personally encountered on a withdrawal online. I'm currently in the waiting period so I don't know if I'll ever receive the funds... I sure hope so.To make this even worse, they really advertise "turbo withdrawals" a lot when you're signing up, which is obviously bullshit. They said I was ineligible for a turbo withdrawal without providing a reason or anything. So they lie about how bad their withdrawals are in order to make people deposit (deposits take 5-10 minutes... That's some crazy polarity right there...)It's obvious some of these reviews are fake since they say fast withdrawals... Which is ridiculous. Funny how their own description mentions fast withdrawals too.. it's like they know how bad they are and are trying to lie their way to decency instead of just doing the damn withdrawals in a reasonable time. 24 hours is long but reasonable... More than that is absolutely ridiculous and 1 star worthy... Stake, crowncoins, wild.io all have 15 min or less withdrawals.. kudos to those casinos. Bovada and sister sites within 24 hours and I used to think they were excessively long. Ha.
