This “AI-powered trading” platform had slick dashboards and believable returns. I committed $16,800 total and saw the balance reach roughly $27,300. When I went to withdraw $11,500, the stories began: “KYC re-verification delay,” “unlock fee,” “system migration hold.” Support stopped responding entirely.
After reading similar experiences, I reached out to 𝑽͟𝒆͟𝒓͟𝒊͟ 𝑻͟𝒓͟𝒂͟𝒊͟𝒍͟ 𝑰͟𝒏͟𝒕͟𝒆͟𝒍. They requested all evidence and followed the fund movements professionally. Their work delivered I recovered my $16,800 principal plus $7,600 of the earnings. Over $24,400 returned. If your bigger investment is suddenly inaccessible, don’t give up hope.

Their password requirement has made it impossible to log into their website. When I ask them to change their requirements, because literally any other place (work, bank, mortgage, etc.) does not have such stringent requirements, they don't care. I won't be buying another Acura.
I purchased an Acura and had the bank pay it off through my notary when I refinanced my home. About a month later, I received a call from them saying that a payment of $98 was missed due to interest charged by the time the cheque reached them so I paid them the amount requested. I received a letter from them saying my account was up to date and the car was paid off. After three months I get another call and a registered letter saying I now owe $283 and that they are putting me in collection if I don't pay it in 10 days. I have a perfect credit rating and they are threatening to blemish it if I don't pay up. So even if I do pay that money to get them off my back, there is nothing stopping them to hitting me up for more money as they have already done that twice. I am very frustrated and have no confidence in their finance department.
Avoid Leasing or Purchasing an Acura—Especially the Acura ZDXI strongly advise against leasing or purchasing an Acura vehicle, particularly the Acura ZDX. I leased my ZDX in October, and in December, I was the victim of a hit-and-run accident. Since then, my car has been sitting in a body shop with no clear timeline for repair, as both Acura and Honda have been unable to provide the necessary parts. It is absolutely unacceptable that their parts are so severely backordered, and neither company can offer any solution other than placing me on a never-ending waiting list. Instead of taking responsibility, they continuously pass customers back and forth with no real assistance. There are no managers available to speak with, and customer service is abysmal—relying on generic, scripted responses rather than genuinely addressing the issue.Meanwhile, I am still required to pay my lease payments, in addition to covering the cost of a rental car, with no financial assistance from Acura or Honda. They refuse to pause my lease or provide a loaner vehicle—despite the fact that this entire issue stems from their inability to supply the necessary parts. To make matters worse, my dealership has been equally unhelpful. Rallye Acura in Long Island initially promised assistance only after I left a few negative reviews, but after a single phone call, they completely stopped responding. If you are considering an Acura, think twice. Their lack of accountability, poor customer service, and failure to support their customers make them a brand to avoid at all costs. And if you’re in the Long Island, NY area—stay far away from Rallye Acura.
Put in a pre-approval application on June 13th. As of today June 27th I have heard nothing. The website says we have received your application and processing. I called several times and was told we don't have anything to do with the applications. Horrible customer service. I asked to have my application stopped and again was told we can't and we don't have any contact with that department. No email on their site so no way to get in touch with them.
This finance company screws people. My loan has been paid off and they’re trying to stick me with almost $500 in fees. They only give a 10 grace period, which is ridiculous! I just spoke with a CSR named Ciarra. She was impatient, constantly cut me off and did not care about my situation. Avoid Acura Financial.
