She was VERY rude to me

She was VERY rude to me, i said i am new and asked for some pet suggestions and she said we have tech difficultys and said her shop was closed, after that i kindly said, "Oh ok thats fine, but do you have any safe adopt me pet websites i could buy from?" and she said to stop messeging her and she banned me from her website! I don't recommend buying from this. :(
