I received a light that had been damaged during shipment. Hygger customer support replaced for free and did it very quickly! Communication was great -- they even followed up after the new light had been delivered to make sure everything was OK. Top tier customer service!
I had a faulty part in my wave maker so I contacted Hygger… I got a customer service agent called Emma. … She was so good at fixing my issue and sending spare parts out. I have an auto on/off aquarium light from Hygger that I absolutely love, and have been using for about a year and a half now. Recently the power cord went out on it, and after a quick email they sent me a replacement cord completely free of any charge and hassle. Their customer service is truly fantastic! I’ll be buying more from them for sure.
