I ordered 2 x eye tubes in mid September. I have just had an email saying that they have been delivered and the product has not been delivered.It’s small enough to put though the letter box???I have contacted the company without a reply, not happy at all. Ms S Jones
using ads from another popular brand to get sales on their product. a peter thomas roth eye tightener advert, branding and marketing video was used to sell their generic unbranded eye tightener - i didn't realise until i got my order confirmation with an image of the product with no branding - i cancelled immediately. however, my cancellation was not acknowledged. it was also not made clear the product was being shipped from china. a few weeks later their only communications with me has been to keep the product and receive 50% refund - why would i - i have no idea whats in it and the company practises are deeply untrustworthy. please steer clear these are not legal sales tactics in the uk and peter thomas roth brand is being seriously undermined
