I ordered two Shakeplus Full View Car Dashcam system one for my car and one for my wife's. the deal looked very good, though I know you should always look at these deal with some scepticism. if it looks too good it probably is. The cameras came though I was a little surprised at the lack of branding on the boxes or the equipment and the instructions were very poor. In any case I installed one in my car and later in my wife's. At which time I reviewed the recordings from my car and was some what disappointed. Though the dashcam system is advertised as a FHD the recording were no where near the quality sown in the adverts. I adjusted the quality to 3MB but that hardly helped. Also one of the SD cards did not work and would not ever format, so I had to put my own in. The rear camera adjustment is minimal and with a steep rear window it ends up recording just the rod surface just behind the car. And if it detaches and falls of, as the adhesive bracket is not adequate, it just ends up recording the rear wiper. The only way to view the footage is to take out the SD card and put it in your computer SD card reader. I don't have a major issue with that but the card if in a most awkward place to access. the top of the main camera which when installed will be close to the windscreen. The system looks great but needs a bit more refinement and an actual HD recording.
Experiencing no customer service. I am unable to return an item that does not match its description, leaving me with a useless product. I've sent around seven emails with no reply. I strongly advise against using this site; they are untrustworthy and among the worst.
I regret not checking reviews before ordering from this service. They used a U.K. web address to mislead customers. It's been almost two weeks since I placed my order, and it hasn't arrived. I've sent messages but received no responses. I'm uncertain about getting a refund since I paid with my debit card.
I ordered a 3D Santa crashing into the door, which clearly showed kids interacting with it. Instead, I received two flat prints of Santa with broken hanging rings. This was a waste of £27. Be cautious and check reviews unless you already trust the company.
I wish I could rate this company lower than one star. I ordered on 20/11/25 and have had no communication despite reaching out via multiple channels. They seem to be a fraudulent company that ignores its customers. I've requested a full refund, but I doubt I'll receive my money back. Please do not order from them.
I bought an item from a social media ad and received an email confirming payment. After that, there was no communication, no dispatch, and no email replies. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card and thankfully will get my money back. I should have checked reviews first.
