Extremely frustrating experience. I continued to receive charges even after ending my relationship with the service. When I reached out for clarification, I was informed that I needed to pay due to their policies.

Website problems and difficult transfer process

The website has frequent crashes, and the so-called 'easy' transfer to their service was anything but straightforward! On the day my provider changed, I attempted to activate my e-sim on their site, but it continuously failed. When I finally managed to log in, it stated my e-sim was already active, which I had not done. This hindered me from adding it to my phone, an essential step for activation. If I hadn't had another phone to reach out for help, I would have been stuck with this major issue. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend switching to this service.

The website often crashes, and the supposed 'simple' transfer to their service was far from easy! On the day my provider switched, I tried to activate my e-sim on their site, but it continuously failed. When I finally accessed it, it indicated that my e-sim was already active, which I hadn't done. This blocked me from adding it to my phone, a necessary step for activation. Without a second phone to contact support, I would have struggled with this major problem. Sadly, I cannot recommend switching to this service.

Terrible customer service experience

The customer service here is extremely disappointing. Previously, I had a much better experience elsewhere. I ordered a phone ten days ago and have received no updates since. I sent multiple emails to the representative who assisted me with the contract, but he never replied. I called customer service several times, and they always said I needed to wait 60 minutes. The website lacks any email contacts for mobile services. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The customer service is quite poor. I started a chat as a potential new customer, and after a long wait, I was left without a response.
