drue etheridge, from advicifas helped me and gave me advice on how to remove my marker without paying for anything and also sent me a step by step guide which was very very helpful and informative. i’m so grateful for this and without this i wouldn’t know what to do honestly.
I wouldn't recommend, unfortunately.They're rather dodgy with their delivery timelines and customer service is atrocious. For something as important as this, clear and regular communication to clients is vital. You'd also expect aggressive efforts on your behalf rather than desultory messages to the bank followed by silence. A shame, really.
I’m not entirely sure where to start when I found out I had a Cifas I thought it was something I would just have to live with until it ran out but after speaking with the guys at AdviCifas and them reassuring me that it can be removed I have a renewed hope and they delivered the whole way I can finally live marker free
RESPONSE TO ADVICIFAS - 13.02.2025I stand on everything I have said regarding my experience as the truth. Till today, nothing has been shared with me or the public on the ADVICIFAS website showing that the bank in question interacted with ADVICIFAS which would prove that work was done on my behalf.ADVICIFAS published a file on their website that suggested I had been provided updates multiple times. I have all the records (SMS, Email, Phone Call Logs and WhatsApp) to prove this is a false claim, and I will use it to prove my case.ADVICIFAS has failed to explain how a promised 2-3 week delivery timeline has stretched to 7 months with no positive outcome, considering that they have said they have extensive experience in this CIFAS removal field. UPDATE TO ADVICIFAS RESPONSE;1. Explain how a 2-3 week timeline promised by you has extended to 6 months with zero tangible updates provided to me nor progress recorded?2. I challenge you to publicly provide evidence with time stamps that you contacted the bank and have been working on my case. I also challenge you to provide proof that you provided updates on the case to me. I waive any confidentiality rights that I have. ------------‐--------------------------------------I paid for an express CIFAS removal in September 2024. I was informed multiple times that it would take 2-3 weeks to complete. 6 months after, the service has not been provided. I requested for updates multiple times using their website form, SMS, WhatsApp and phone calls but was completely ignored. As soon as they got my money, they ghosted me. Last week I had to contact the bank that placed the marker myself and received a final response letter 5 days after. The letter showed clearly that they had not been contacted regarding my case before I wrote to them, showing ADVICIFAS took my money and didn't do anything. My experience with this company has been terrible and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Going into this with ADVICIFAS, I was really unsure whether to trust it or not. However, after being issues a CIFAS marker I was desperate and needed to do something so I just went for it. This is one of the best decisions I’ve made in my life. Were do I start with Advicifas just like everybody else who is contacting Drue and the team your banks have all Suddenly closed you think to yourself what’s going on and you check your credit score and it hasn’t moved but you get rejected for credit everywhere you turn even banks don’t want you, you then start to panic and start thinking about every single transaction you have done in the last 6 months was it that cash machine here or that online purchase and then you google it deep and find something called CIFAS marker. This was my story I googled it and when on YouTube nothing was there so I did more digging and sent off for a report and it came back that I had a marker against my name for something I didn’t do, and nobody wanted to speak to me banks shunned me and I had no were to go. I was at my end, but then a miracle happened.Having a CIFAS marker is one of the most horrible experiences one can have. Whether you are innocent or guilty, no one really deserves to be blacklisted, rejected and shunned by every bank and financial institution of the country. But with ADVICIFAS you get another chance. A chance to clear your name or to seek redemption and therefore another chance. Drue managed to get my CIFAS removed in less than 8 weeks, despite me deep down being critical. Our communication was fluent and almost minimal, yet he managed to work his magic and get my name cleared again. Yesterday I received the good news, today I managed to re-open my bank account with Barclays. I am beyond grateful and would recommend Advicifas to everyone who has a CIFAS tainting his records.
