Review Time
This bank and its services are extremely disappointing. For three years, I paid a good interest on my credit card and was charged GST. Despite consistently paying 3-4k more than the minimum amount, they reduced my credit line without any notice. When I faced financial difficulties due to my husband's hospitalization and couldn't pay bills because of the medical emergency, they refused to offer any support. In fact, the representatives from their call center were threatening. They don't treat customers as human beings, and it's frustrating to deal with such rascals. I hope they don't cross paths with anyone who might retaliate.
This is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. The representatives are dishonest; during a KYC visit, my money was taken from my account. I have received no satisfactory response regarding its return. It has been a month without my funds, and despite multiple calls to customer support, I have seen no resolution. Very frustrating experience.
This has been the most disappointing banking experience I've ever encountered. It's 4 AM, and the service is down, preventing me from making an important payment. It's shameful to provide such poor service to customers. I'm seriously considering deactivating my account and halting all transactions. It's frustrating to see a name that promises so much deliver so little. Shame on this bank.
Dear team, I was very pleased with the assistance provided outside of standard banking hours. A representative helped me with my KYC process at that time. I genuinely appreciate the effort put into completing my request. Even though they had to leave that day, they ensured everything was finished, as I was unable to access my card. I strongly advise against using this banking app — it has been a frustrating experience. The QR scan & pay feature often sends money to incorrect accounts. Customer support is unresponsive, and when disputes arise, they are automatically rejected after a few days without any resolution. This is highly unreliable and unacceptable. Stay away from this app for transactions.
I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is terrible, and it feels like money is being taken from customers. The credit card department is particularly problematic. I was compelled to pay the annual fee despite canceling the card.
