I was excited about these because they seemed like exactly what I needed. However, the website kept defaulting to a different region despite my attempts to switch it back, resulting in being charged incorrect pricing. My address is clearly in the correct location, so I'm unsure why this happened. Additionally, I didn't receive the promised discounts. I’ve reached out to customer support multiple times but haven't heard back. I'm starting to wonder if this company is legitimate.
