I have booked a few times with Karen at travel counsellors and every time she goes above and beyond for us and helps us when needed. This holiday to Thailand she made so special and everything she booked was perfect. The hotels, the areas, the experiences to name a few. She even gave us a surprise upgrade which made our holiday even more special. Karen takes all the hassle out of the booking process and keeps you updated throughout. The added bonus was the TC app told me which gate we had to be at for our connecting flight 2 hours before they announced it at the airport which meant we could work out where we needed to be so we didn’t have the stress last minute. We will always use Karen and Travel Counsellors to book our holidays going forward 😊

Booked with hayley roberts travel. From start to finish everything needed was handled amazing. Booked others on to holiday an hayley sorted everything so we was all close together. Once we came home next day i booked my next holiday with hayley again. She came back with much better deals that i could find. She is always available to help with any questions or if any issues. Excellent attention to detail as the trip involved eight different locations with travel between. Hotel and cruise accommodation were almost uniformly of the highest quality with only one minor exception of a city centre hotel where we only had to stay one night.
Guides, drivers and excursions all worked seamlessly and sensibly took note of our ages and preferences as to starting too early in the morning!

We haven’t had a holiday together since 2018. Then in 2021 my husband had some health issues. So when an opportunity came up to join friends in Barbados for a special 70th birthday celebration I jumped at the chance. I have to admit I was worried about trying to book such a special trip so I asked Kevin Akers Travel Counsellor, knowing he had helped some other friends. What an amazing guy, he blew us away with the holiday he booked for us. His expertise, little messages to keep us informed and stress free for us at all times. I didn’t have to worry about anything, he was on hand 24/7 if any problems arose. Well needless to say there were no problems. The best holiday we have had all thanks to Kevin.
Jane Sheffield is my travel counsellor who I have used on a number of occasions. She has always provided a top rate service before during and afree ant of our trips, and her ideas of places and hotels that she thinks would would suit me and my requirements.
