Amazing service from the start. I’m a very busy business owner, and ‘affordable waste management’ made setting up our bins so easy for me I barely had to worry or chase up anything. With after care calls to check all went ok on the first 2 collections. Couldn’t ask for more.
I had to pay £1800 to these crooks for trying to cancel a contract which they didn’t deliver what they promised. Nightmare situation for myself, stress, CCJ against my good name, bailiffs knocking on my door. They showed no leniency, no understanding, no mercy. They only want your money, couldn’t care if your bins are collected or not.
JUST CALL BIFFA, the COUNCIL which ever company you want DIRECTLY.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
YOU DONT NEED THEM.They just want a piece of the pie.
As for the fake reviews, HAHA just read them, repetitive bull, over and over again for months. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING.

If it were possible, I would rate this service with zero stars. They consistently fail to collect the offensive waste bins, offering poor excuses for their inaction. My offensive waste bin is overflowing, and this issue happens nearly every other week. Though they keep apologizing, it’s not enough as it affects neighboring residents and our patients. They are unable to provide satisfactory service and refuse to allow me to cancel.

The setup process was quick and efficient thanks to the representative. However, I’ve come across numerous negative reviews about missed collections while still collecting payments and enforcing contracts. Therefore, I’ve decided against signing up. It’s unfortunate since the sales interaction was positive and reassuring.
Exercise caution with this service. When collections are missed, you’re left in the dark. It’s up to you to notify them about the missed pickups, and even then, details about rescheduling are scarce. The same excuses about vehicle breakdowns come up repeatedly, yet the issue is simply postponed until the following week — meanwhile, you have to leave your bin out, attracting litter and dumped waste. No credits are given for missed collections, and if you try to switch from weekly to fortnightly pickups, they claim it’s not allowed, even as you’re forced to cope with the infrequency due to their failures. There was no communication regarding Christmas collections (our scheduled pickup was on Christmas Day), resulting in a complete miss that week, only for them to show up on New Year's Day when we had secured our bin to avoid it being filled with trash. The contract states you can terminate with three months' notice, but upon giving notice, they still threaten you with early termination fees. Additionally, there’s a cleaning fee of over £50+VAT upon termination. Cleaning a bin shouldn’t cost £60; most cleaners do it for under £10. Given the filthy state of our bin when we received it, this seems like just another way for them to charge for a service they don’t actually provide.
