If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid a substantial amount for a portable oxygen concentrator for my daughter. I attempted to cancel soon after realizing she would never use it due to her worsening illness. I contacted the service before dispatch, but their strict no-cancellation policy applied, despite never having seen that policy. I even offered compensation for any potential costs incurred from the cancellation, but received no response. The service has ignored all my communications, even after informing them of my daughter's passing before the product was delivered. The machine remains unopened in its delivery carton. Their only response was a generic thank you for reaching out, claiming they strive to assist customers. It’s almost comical in a sick way, as a few days later, they sent me a questionnaire asking for feedback on how to improve their customer service. Are they even real? I expressed my thoughts clearly. DO NOT engage with this service. Their customer service attitude is toxic.
It was nearly Christmas, and all through the house, not a creature was stirring. My trusty device, purchased two years ago, failed just days before Christmas 2025, and the last one available was sold before I contacted the service. However, the service delivered a Christmas miracle! I received a newer model at a better price within 6 days. The representative provided exceptional support, and I am incredibly grateful.
