I attended the AI Essentials training and appreciated how well-structured and interactive it was. I learned many tools that I can now apply in my daily workflow. I definitely recommend it, even for those not in product ownership.
Nils was Trainer for the course SPS. Relaxed atmosphere with small group and good mix of methodes for pratical exercises - not just Scrum-theory. Many impulses i can transfer to my own work and company. Training room in München-Ost was also very good. Would book another training at agilvisor.
The training was truly insightful and engaging, with real-life examples that made it much easier to grasp the true responsibilities of a Product Owner in the Scrum world. I would definitely recommend it—Nils was fantastic and made the experience both informative and enjoyable.

Such a nice and warm atmosphere where learning feels like having a fun drink together. No really, after a warm welcome and a clear structure we immediately were drawn into action. By the smooth guidance and structure we enthusiastically worked on scenario's together. It was only afterwards where I realised we had covered a lot of grounds and learned a lot. By constantly having a sparring partner you get instant feedback, which just seems like a nice talk. Therefore it is a proper masterclass but feels like a social drink.
