I took the training of Professional Agile Leadership Essentials with Nils Oud, the course was very dynamic, the content of the training very useful. Nils shared his own experiences and we were also able to share ours. The most important part of the course for me is that we all share experiences and learn from the others and of course we all hear the guidelines from Nils that help us improve the way we work in our companies.

I attended the course in preparation to the PSPO I exam. The course took place in person in Munich with a small group of people. Everybody had the chance to interact with Nils at all times, ask questions and foster group debates. Nils is very well organised with time management, very clear in explanations and encourages learning through group exercises throughout the two workshop days. The training contents were very useful to successfully pass the exam, which I did the following week after taking some time to review the learning contents and take a couple of mock tests. Very professional service, definitely recommended!

I attended a course in preparation for the Professional Agile Leadership - Essential exam with Nils being the host. We had a very hands-on and activity based course with a lot of construcitve discussion. In contrast to other workshops, where you go through hundreds of slides with hundreds of listed facts, this was really refreshing.
