The Advanced Product Owner class and certification (PSPO II) by Scrum.org was a great opportunity to discuss and learn amongst experienced practitioners in product owner and/ or product manager roles. A huge thank you to our great trainer Nils Oud.
I enjoyed working and learning with a small group (5) of professionals in the field. Nils' well structured training sessions offered a great environment to refresh and deepen my understanding of the Product Owner role. He was handling well our challenging questions and was able to quickly jump between presented contexts. I liked the pace and the content. I would recommend him for every PO seeking a certification, especially aspiring professionals (in this case product owners), who are in their first 2 years in their role. Thanks to Nils, I passed my exam at the first attempt without investing days in extra curricular preparation.
I took the PSPO A training with Nils. We talked very little about the relationship between Product Owner and Scrum Master. I also felt he could have been more challenging towards our views and stances. Other than that, it was a very pleasant training!Also, the registration was very smooth. I initially registered for a different date and asked Nils to switch. It was no issue at all!
I followed the PSPO-A training in person. Nils managed to cover the material in a structured an engaging way, driving active participation and bringing relevant experiences. Logistically everything went very smoothly, and the communication before and after was very friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
I'm happy that I have participated PAL I training on 23-24th November by Nils Oud. His enormous hands on experience made the training easy to follow and understand. Moreover to this, focusing on our own company challenges helped us the training more applicable to our daily routine at work. I highly recommend this training for others who are looking for a leadership agile training.

I attended the PSPO 1 training by Nils. If you are anticipating a training where you are shown a sequence of PowerPoint slides and you just need to sit and learn everything by heart, then this training is not for you. In his training, Nils encourages co-teaching, group activities, learning by doing. He motivates discussions on agile topics; gives and asks participants to quote real-life product scenarios and examples. Focusing on bringing a mindset change in the participants is clearly mirrored in his training. Useful tips for the scrum.org certification examination are very helpful. It is my pleasure to recommend learning from Nils or AgileVisor.
