I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. I was given the option—by the delivery company used by AGORA Greek Delicacies (DPD)—to delay the delivery by one day. When the package arrived, the frozen food was fully defrosted, unsafe to eat, and absolutely unacceptable.I notified the company immediately, but they neither offered replacements nor acknowledged the seriousness of the situation. Instead, they referred me to their terms and conditions, showing no understanding of the food safety issues involved. I would never give such items to my children, and no one should be expected to.Frozen goods must be transported under controlled temperature conditions, and the delivery company should have been properly informed. This clearly did not happen, as the products were completely melted upon arrival. Even after I sent a video showing the state of the items, customer service insisted they were “within a safe temperature range,” which was simply not true.The lack of responsibility, poor customer care, and refusal to replace unsafe food is unacceptable. I’ve recommended this company in the past, but after this experience I will not be doing so again.
Impeccable service and great products. Their customer care is meticulous, and proactively spotted multiple orders, merged into one shipment and initiated relevant delivery fee refunds. Responsive and ranging excellent quality items
