Horrible experience. Booked and paid for an appointment. The doctor didn't join the call at the allocated time. I waited 20minutes and then tried to initiate the call myself, and no one answered. When I questioned this and asked for a refund, they blamed me and refused a refund. Useless. I'm sure they will answer this review with a "sorry for your experience" generic response, but that doesn't return my wasted money
Process was very smooth and easy - went from enrollment to having an appointment in about 5 minutes. System provided great options for in person or video. I was expecting to have to deal with receipts and a reimbursement process, but everything was handled on the back end. No up front costs and only a reasonable copay for the medicine

I logged onto the app at 3 PM and requested an appointment for the same day. Within 20 minutes, I received a home visit appointment at 4 PM. Incredible! The friendly English-speaking doctor arrived on time and listened attentively to my symptoms. She provided reassuring advice and left medication to avoid a trip to the pharmacy. I am thoroughly impressed. An absolutely excellent service.
An outstanding visit. From intake to evaluation and treatment, the entire process was professional and thorough. I highly recommend this service.
